This blog is coming to you from the JW Marriott in Washington D.C. The hotel is right in the middle of the D.C. excitement. It is always awesome to see the White House.
After arriving at the Dulles Airport, we caught a cab. Unfortunately, it was the driver’s first job. Poor guy had no idea where the hotel was or how to get there. He even pulled over to the side of the road on the freeway to punch in the hotel on his GPS. Fortunately, the racing cars missed us as he pulled back onto the road. He missed most of the roads and we ended up getting a tour of the city as we ended up on Embassy Row…but we got here and looking forward to an exciting GALA. No sign of anyone from The National Inclusion Project yet.

I love those pictures. Clay looks so good with a beard in the first couple. Have fun in DC, we look toward to hearing about the Gala.

I cannot pick a favorite picture. But, I have a feeling this will be my favorite Gala because it's my first time ever to go to one. Cannot wait–will arrive at the JW Marriott on Saturday.

The last three pictures are my favorites. Not able to choose one from them. Clay certainly loves to have fun and he looks so adorable doing it. Hope you have a really great time at the gala musicfan and also enjoy a lot of sightseeing in the District of Columbia. Will be eagerly waiting for any reports.

We will be leaving for D.C. in the morning – so excited – I went last year – my first time and still am
amazed at how exciting it all was. It's like a dream to be able to go again this year. A pic of last year
would be my favorite but since there were none to be had – I will have to say Clay twirling in the
black leather jacket – he so loves working for those kids!!!! 🙂 <3 So glad you finally arrived safely in

Yes I remember all of them…. I was sitting right up front for all of them. Sadly this year I am not able to be there. I'll be watching for all the reports, especially yours!
