Clay Aiken – Then & Now

On Sunday at sundown, Clay Aiken left a short message on Twitter:

Happy Hanukkah. May the season be filled with light and hope for the promise of peace!

I hope that Clay had a peaceful day!

Darrick Thomas, at the website, Zimbio, put together slideshow about American Idol.  It is titled Then & Now -‘American Idol’ Winners & Runner-ups.  Thomas says:

After 13 years on the air, American Idol will call it quits after this upcoming season. The singing competition show revolutionized reality TV, and, at least a couple times, followed through on its promise of discovering the next big name in pop music. Before the show goes off the air for good, let’s look back on all the winners and almost-winners to see how much they’ve changed since being in the American Idol finals.

Do you remember all these Idols?  I have to admit, I only know a few.  However, I did enjoy seeing them all.  If you would like to see the slide show, you can click on THEN & NOW

I think I can do Then and Now also.  What do you think?

Then – Top 32

Now – Hollywood Christmas Parade

~~~
Then – Top 4
Now – Morning Joe, MSNBC March, 2015
Actually, I like mine better!
What do you think?
  1. Of course, I love your slide show better! More of pictures of Clay! Can't believe it has been 12 years since we were first introduced to OMC! Thank you, musicfan!
  2. I recognized very few of the winners/runner-ups. Some names were familiar, but others never seemed to cash in on winning the title. Clay is still the #1 idol in my life. He has done so much to help others and be a positive force in so many ways.
  3. ilove your slide show better also i remember all the winners and the runner ups like adam lambert he was the runner up and taylor hicks the winner asnd ruben stuaard was a winner but clay will aways be my number 1 idol singer in my life and adam lambert is second
