Clay Aiken Speaks With Don Lemon at CNN

It was a surprise Wednesday evening to get the following  tweet from Clay Aiken:

Talking and the primary with on . Coming up at 10:45.

I saw this message about 5 minutes before Clay was on CNN with Don Lemon.

Clay was on a panel of three people who talked about Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.  Each one had ideas about how Bernie and Hillary will get together after the primary to help each other in the general election.

As always, Clay was intelligent, concise, and not afraid to talk about his opinions.  So far, I have not been able to find a video of the conversation.

The following are some screen caps of the conversation on CNN.

I am sure this will not be the last time we see Clay on CNN.  He adds a relaxed, but passionate opinion and always speaks with intelligence.  Each time he is on CNN, Clay surprises many people who only remember Clay, the singer.  They are surprised and excited to realize how much he knows about politics!

Hopefully, the next time Clay is on CNN, we will know in advance  so that we all can see him on the show.

Did you see Clay on CNN yesterday?

  1. I missed it!! Great to see the screen caps. He looks wonderful and I'm sure he did well–as he always does. This seems to be what he wants and I'm so glad he's getting the chance to shine on shows like this. Hoping I will be able to see video of this–finding I enjoy hearing him speak almost as much as hearing him sing. So much talent in one person!!

  2. I missed it too. Clay living in NYC now allows him to be on call for any program who wants 'expert' input on political coverage. Clay always has a clear opinion on the subject.
