Clay Aiken – Congrats

On Thursday, January 16th, the winners of the 2019 BroadwayWorld Pittsburgh Awards were announced.

According to BroadwayWorld:

The nominees were set, audiences voted, and now we get to recognize local theatres and performers for their outstanding achievement!

Regional productions, touring shows, and more were all included, honoring productions which opened between October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019

This year the BroadwayWorld Regional Awards are bigger and better than ever, including over 100 cities across America, Canada, Central and South America, Europe, and Asia!

Clay played the part of Teen Angel.  He was only on the stage for a few minutes, but he stole the show.  His singing and acting was amazing.  He had the entire audience watching and loving every moment, including his bright pink sequined suit!

Well, I think most of us agree that Clay is the best!  And…I bet some of you even voted for him!

I hope that we will see Clay in another show

  1. Congratulations to Clay and the whole cast of "Grease"! So nice to see Clay as a winner! But we always knew he is a winner – no matter the show!

Thank you CANN – for the exciting news and all of the photos!!

  2. Congratulations to Clay and thanks to CANN for bringing this news to us. I did see Clay in Spamalot on Broadway & Joseph-Dreamcoat in Ogunquit. Outstanding performances in both shows.
