Clay Aiken – A Great Performance

Sometimes it’s just fun to go back and watch a great performance by Clay Aiken.  That is what we are doing today!!

On March 4, 2004, Clay Aiken was a guest on the daytime show, The View.  It was entirely a different show than it is today.

The only person on the panel that is the same today is Joy.

Clay sang The Way.

It was a great performance and even though Clay was not in good health,

he was engaging as he spoke with the panel and his voice was beautiful.

The following are a few pictures and a great video of Clay on the show!  I hope you enjoy it all!

The video is by Sioux Roux

Do you remember this show?

  1. I do remember this show – didn't miss many in those early years. It was so exciting to look
forward to each and every show or event that Clay was a part of. Always so much fun to
hear what he would do or say. Thank you for another great memory and also thanks to
Sioux Roux and her beautiful work! Loved the little smiles that would show up as Clay sang here and there.

  2. Thank you for the pictures and the video. I do not remember the show. Thank you for bring back the memory.

  3. I don't think I ever saw this video before. I know I didn't see the show live all those years ago. Clay changed up his rendition of 'The Way' that morning. I'm used to hearing it as presented on the album. Of course, anything Clay does is OK with me. Thanks for today's post.

  4. I do remember this show and they loved having Clay visit with them! I also like the women who hosted the show (two I didn't care for too much). Some ladies were very professional and ask the right questions! Clay's song was so romantic!
