During 2004 and 2005, Clay Aiken toured throughout the United States during the holiday season. Called The Joyful Noise Tours, Clay presented a program that was filled with joy and was a beautiful way to celebrate the holidays.
One of the most breathtaking moments of the concert was actually the encore. Good News is a dramatic song which conveys the true meaning of Christmas. The song was originally performed by the Christian Group, Avalon. Clay’s performance of the song was exquisite and brought many people to tears.

Good News is a Gem when it is sung by Clay!
I’ve been blessed to have heard Clay sing that glorious Good News at both his Christmas Concerts. The year he sang this version I was lucky to get a Meet N Great. I have the picture of Clay with me cuddled into that wonderful long coat. It hangs beside my computer. . Yes! I so would love Clay to sing this song again. Maybe as part of a new Christmas Album.
