Clay Aiken – Some Fun Moments!

2005 was the summer of the Jukebox TourClay Aiken fans filled the concert halls and arenas in the eastern half of the United States to see a great concert of pop music history.  Most of the concerts were sold out and Clay and his troupe put on an exciting show.

Did you know:

  •  Manufacturers did not call them “jukeboxes”, they called them Automatic Coin-Operated Phonographs
  • How much do they cost? It all depends on the condition, model, rarity and age and an agreeable seller and buyer. They can be as inexpensive as $100 to over $30,000.
  •  No one is really sure how many Jukeboxes have been made. A guesstimate is about 2 Million.

Did you ever put money into a Jukebox??

I think my favorite part of the show was Clay’s great entrance at the beginning of the concert and the 50’s section!

I hope you enjoyed these fun moments!

  1. The 50’s was my era and yes, I have put coins in a jukebox. I love the pics and the video! Clay can take any song and make it his own! Saw this concert in Cleveland – The home of rock and roll!!!

  2. Thank you for all the pictures and the video. I love it all. I wish the tour would come back and do it all over again. Thank you CANN.

  3. I remember putting coins in the jukebox so many years ago. I saw this concert in Cleveland and then drove over to Indianapolis to see it on the weekend. Oh, Clay in a leather jacket and rocking the day away!

  4. This was my favorite concert and I like to look back again and again at the videos! It was very hot in the summer at the concert I attended in North Carolina and worried about Clay getting heat stroke from wearing that wonderful black jacket!
