The True Colors Fund, co-founded by Cyndi Lauper, seeks to inspire and engage everyone, particularly the straight community, to become active participants in the advancement of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality and ensure a strong and vibrant LGBT community.

The True Colors Fund recently launched the Give a Damn Campaign, a far-reaching online initiative to inspire and engage straight people to get informed and support LGBT equality. The campaign also works to empower LGBT people to reach out to the straight people in their lives to encourage them to show their support. Through the use of powerful videos, viewers are directed to an innovative website that serves as an easy-to-understand introduction to the issues affecting the LGBT community. The website also provides helpful tools for people to get involved in advancing equality. To learn more, please visit www.wegiveadamn.org.

The True Colors Fund continues to work with the True Colors Tour to raise money and awareness for LGBT issues. Over the past 2 years, True Colors is proud to have raised over $200,000 for LGBT organizations like HRC, CenterLink & PFLAG.

In addition, the True Colors Fund supports the True Colors Residence, the first permanent, supportive housing facility for LGBT youth in New York State.

Besides the Meet and Greet with Clay, the site has many amazing things being auctioned.  So many stars, shows and places are being generous in their support of this wonderful charity.  Now, if I could just win the lottery!!
