Clay Aiken – Let’s Celebrate!

Clay Aiken fans  have band together to participate in Trick or Treat for The National Inclusion Project. In conjunction with the America’s Giving Challenge, this Halloween Party gives us the opportunity to fund a summer camp for kids of all abilities.

America’s Giving Challenge  is a 30-day national competition that encourages people to leverage their personal networks and online social media to help win cash awards that will total $170,000 on behalf of their favorite nonprofit. Participants in America’s Giving Challenge will compete for daily and overall cash awards based on the number of donations generated for a cause, not dollars raised. Awards will be given to the nonprofit beneficiaries of the causes that garner the highest number of unique daily donations between 3:00 p.m. EDT October 7, 2009, and 2:59pm EST on November 6, 2009.

$50,000 will be awarded to the cause with the highest total number of unique daily donations over the 30 days of the Challenge. $25,000 will be awarded to the cause with the next highest total number of unique daily donations over the 30 days of the Challenge. $10,000 will be awarded to the next five causes with the highest total number of unique daily donations over the 30 days of the Challenge. There will also be two daily awards every day of the Challenge: $1,000 to the cause with the most unique donations that day and $500 to the cause with the second highest number of unique donations that day. (Daily awards begin at 3:00pm ET and run through 2:59pm ET the following day.)

We are now halfway through our Halloween Celebration.  Many fans donated on the first day and we hope that many more will join in the fun.  Every donation counts!!

Donate from 3:00pm, Oct. 29th to 2:59pm, Oct. 30th

and

3:00pm, Oct. 30th to 2:59pm, Oct 31st

So, put down the extra bags of Halloween candy and

help build a camp for kids!

  1. Congratulations!! I love this site. I can remember when a few of you were talking about starting it. Since then it has grown and looks very professional. You have done yourselves and Clay proud.

Hope the donations continue for AGC–I am doing both days.

  2. Congratulations CANN!!!!!

It has been a pleasure coming here every day to catch up on all things Clay Aiken.
I love reading positive and accurate blogs… This is what a fanship should be…A fun place to come to, in a world that is stressful sometimes. You have all done a fantastic job, and I hope for many many more years of reading your blogs.

Trick Or Treat…So far I have not contributed…I'm sad to say, and I have tried, but I don't have a CC, and wanted to donate by PayPal. Any advise would be good…I really want to do my part. Please help…..

    Hugs,
    Judy

Here's to the Clay Nation as members seek to boost the National Inclusion Project's position in America's Giving Challenge. Hopefully, we can secure bonus funds for the Project.

I hope we have a successful Trick or Treat for the National Inclusion Project. It would be wonderful if we can keep the National Inclusion Project in a position to receive a contribution from America's Giving Challenge.

(To Judy Anderson) – if you have a debit card, you can use it to make a donation just like a credit card. The donation just comes out of your checking account. That's what I do because I don't like to use my credit card unless I have to.

  9. Congratulation to CANN for being such an awesome site and supporting Clay Aiken, also for being very informative as well as having great videos and pictures.
The National In clusion project is a fine organization and I am proud to be supporting it.

BTW how do you edit or correct your spelling mistakes here?

  10. I love that we have done so well for the Trick or Treat for the National Inclusion Project. Being #10 is very good. I was able to donate…and hope I can donate on the last date.

Congrats on getting l00,000 visitors to your site. I enjoy CANN very much.
