Clay Aiken – With A Smile And A Song

I saw the following montage today about Clay Aiken.  Made from footage of Clay on American Idol, I was taken aback by his many facial expressions, especially his smile.  For some reason, it made me remember a Disney song from my childhood.

With A Smile And A Song” is a song featured in Disney’s  Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. In the film, Snow White sings it to the forest animals as she befriends them.

With a smile and a song

Life is just a bright sunny day

Your cares fade away

And your heart is young

With s smile and a song

All the world seems to waken anew

Rejoicing with you

As the song is sung

There’s no use in grumbling

When the raindrops come tumbling

Remember, you’re the one

Who can fill the world with sunshine

When you smile and you sing

Everything is in tune and it’s spring

And life flows along

With a smile and a song

The songs in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs were composed by Frank Churchill and Larry Morey.

I hope you enjoy the video by

  1. Aaah one of my absolute favourites, haven't watched it in a while. Big grin from beginning to end. 2:48 I'm just a puddle.
