It is Friday…the day after One Fine Day for Clay Aiken!
I hope Clay returned home last night with a sense of accomplishment and a realization that hard work can result in amazing things!
And, although the day was fascinating and challenging, it was a Wonderful Day!
It is late and I have already posted a lot during the day so now I will be posting some pictures and keep the chatter for another time.
Officially filed paperwork!
Yogurt Meeting
Democratic precinct meeting in Apex.
Just Because It’s Nice!
I do hope you saw all the information on Thursday. There were 5 different blogs on Thursday – an important day.
What do you think of these pictures?
The screen caps were all done by Cotton – Many thanks!
I hope you will check in again tomorrow. Hopefully there will be lots of news. As always, I will post the info ASAP!
I am so proud of Clay!! What a day! What great tweets he was sending us throughout the day! My phone was going crazy all day yesterday with the notifications!!! It's going to be a good year for Clay!!
I was so excited for Clay yesterday. Even got a tweet last night from him around 11pm. I wanted to tell him to get some rest! lol It was a good day!!!
Thanks for all the pictures…He looks happy, and ready to get to work for the people of NC. I am just so proud of him.
Proud of Clay, hope he gets the financial support he needs to keep running for Congress, wish I could donate but I'm not in US. Thanks ladies for all the news and great pics.
Thank you musicfan for your blogs, so very much appreciate. Without CANN, I can't keep up, and that's a good thing! 😀
Thanks Music an for the great update on Clay's big day and all the pics. As long as we keep getting pics and tweets, we may all survive Clay's exciting journey. 🙂
WHAT WONDERFUL CAMPAIGN COVERAGE!! Clay is one step closer to his goals, and people are taking him seriously, so much so that counter measures are already beginning.
Just read an article posted on February 27th in the News Observer in the UNDER THE DOME section. Looks as though the brother of a Republican Congressman will enter the NC campaign, bringing in an extremely large amount of funds, which he feels will put him in front of the primary candidates.
In my opinion, this is what is wrong with Congress. The majority earn their money doing nothing productive and use politics to make deals to keep themselves and their parties in office. I say “parties” in the plural because both sides of the isle are guilty. I find it sickening for people to be in office just because they have enough funds to push them through rather than being elected on their merit and for their continuing contributions to the American public. Whatever happened to patriotism?
I hope there are enough citizens behind Clay to change this depressing show of unabashed political and financial power.
