Larry Flick is a talk/music host at Sirius XM radio. On Sunday, a few years ago, he posted the following tweet:
#ICYMI: It was nothing by joy and giggles to chat with my pals@clayaiken and@RubenStuddard on@SIRIUSXM about their Christmas Spectacular on Broadway. Listen to it all by hitting this link: https://siriusxm.us/AikenStuddard
This is a wonderful interview…one of the best.
Unfortunately, we had on and off electrically at home and had little time to get this up to date!
Merry Christmas with Love is a holiday song written by Greg Wayne Davis and Billy Smiley.
The song was first recorded by Sandi Patti, in 1983.
And, as we all know…
In 2004, Clay Aiken used this beautiful song as the title track of his 2004 Christmas album Merry Christmas With Love.
It is a song that is filled with Hope and Love…something we need at this time!
The talented SueReu put together a beautiful and unique video of Clay singing Merry Christmas With Love.
I hope you will enjoy it!
Sue always makes such beautiful videos and this one is truly different but still very heart-felt and Clay always sounds wonderful. Especially at Christmas time!
Going to go and check out the interview! Thank you for the link!
First of all, Great Interview! on Sirius with Larry Flick! Thank you, CANN for sharing. And much praise goes to SueReu's video of Clay singing MCWL. My favorite of his Christmas songs. Love his performance of this song on the Joyful Noise Tour back in 2005, too!
Enjoyed Clay & Ruben's interview. I agree with Larry Flick that they should tape the show. I've thought that it would be a wonderful way to let more fans see them perform again and if they sold the DVD's it would raise more $$ for NIP. Not everyone can make it to NYC in Dec.
Thank you for this beautiful song and special video.
i also enjoyed clay and ruben interview I also agree with larry flick that they should tape the show that would be amazing way and a wonderfull way ta let clays fans aand rubens fans see them perform again and also if they sold the dvds it would sure raise more money for nip and like Emily said not everyone can make it to nyc
