Trivia from Pop Culture Trivia
Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard chose the 1984 popular song, Footloose to perform in the 80’s celebration of their Timeless Tour. It was a big hit to the audiences when the stage turned into a fun party, filled with excitement, fun, dancing and, of course, great music.
The song, Footloose was nominated for an Academy Award For Best Music – Original Song…and a Golden Globe in the same category.
I hope you enjoy the video of Clay and Ruben performing…Footloose!
Another performance to make you smile!!!
Thank you for the info, pictures and the video. I love the pictures and the video. Foot loose is a great song. Thank you for the memories. Thank you CANN.
My favorite part of this tour was the 80’s! Not only Clay’s rendition of “Alone”, but also Ruben and Clay’s lively rendition of “Footloose”! The vocals and Clay’s dancing were “Hot”!
Clay always complains that he can’t dance, but he sure can move! This video is so much fun to watch. I remember being at this concert so many years ago.
