Clay Aiken was a celebrity presenter at the 3rd Annual NCT Capital Awards on May 18th. The awards were presented at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium in downtown Raleigh
Presented by Capital Bank, the NCT Capital Awards is a program designed to recognize outstanding high school musical productions and performances.
Clay was the last presenter of the night. He gave out the award for the Best Musical. The show was on local Raleigh TV today and thanks to the local fans, we have videos of Clay at the event. I hope you enjoy the show!!
YAY!! So much fun to watch!!!!!!!! He did such a wonderful job and looked GREAT!!!!!
Thank you!!!!
Great that Clay Aiken puts his money where his mouth is. He has spoken often about supporting local arts and here he was a sponsor. Good for him. Loved the videos!
Wonderful Clay Aiken clips!!! Thank you!
How delightful…Clay Aiken a Presenter for a musical theater production in his hometown of Raleigh! I think Mr. Aiken could easily assume the lead roles in any one of the productions nominated, and I hope that does happen for him, on a Broadway stage of course, before very long.
Loved the video!
Clay was so darling as a presenter. And he looked GORGEOUS! Get that man a TV show!
That opening skit was clever and cute!
Clay certainly does support the Arts and it must have been such an honor to do this in his own home town. Very proud of him.
I loved that first skit. Wonder if Clay had something to do with producing it? Just saying! Also, he sure knows how to wear a Tux.
Loved it! Loved it! Thanks for the new clips.
As always, CANN does it again. 🙂
THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! These clips are wonderful! I live in Cary, suburb of Raleigh & was able to view the program on WRAL TV. BUT, apparently they edited the program, as there were several things in these videos that were NOT on the TV version!! How clever of The Capital Awards to open & close the show with Clay! he did look SO HANDSOME!!
It is so much fun to see Clay out doing something for his community and enjoying himself.
Thanks for posting this.
I so wished that I could have been there in person to see Clay present the awards. He’s looking mighty fine these days, and there is nothing that compares to seeing Clay live, on stage, and singing to his audience. In this case, it would be talking to his audience. I sure would settle for that.
