Just imagine for a moment your Perfect Day and how it would look. Perfect Day? I’ve had a few. The birth of my children, the day my son graduated from college with the highest GPA in his class…the day, last January when I sat through the dress rehearsal for a show on Broadway and got to meet all the performers (including Clay), the producer, director and even got to tour the backstage just before the show started.
My idea of a perfect day changes almost daily. Today, I think first of my family. I love the average day when my husband and I can spend the day, playing with our 4 year old twin grandchildren and then have dinner together with their parents joining us. Yeh….pretty boring for most, but, for me, I feel so blessed that I get to share my life with those I love.
But…another Perfect Day? I would love to have lunch or dinner with Clay Aiken. I would love to have the opportunity to sit and talk…to share what we have in common and explore what is new to me. Ahhhh…Dream big or dream small about that perfect day. But dream!!!

Thanks for the perfect start for a great day with this blog 🙂 I love the video and love that song! My idea of a perfect day, is a lot like yours musicfan, it involves spending time with my family! I always love it when we go on day trips to the beach or just stay home watching a movie 🙂 My perfect day would also involve Clay of course! Just listening to his voice whether he is talking or singing is good enough for me 🙂
Of course the perfect day is with my family and friends, having fun at Six Flags with no lines. Now dreaming big, ha! I would love to have a long conversation with Clay followed by a concert with all his beautiful singing and humor. Maybe even taking a UNICEF trip with him to get a first hand glimpse of of the world. What a fun topic.

On the fun side……Listening to Clay sing is up close to the top of "perfect" days………seeing him happy and successful is also up there……..Clay.. can I have dinner with you some night?

This was a pretty perfect night. I got my picture taken with my son and Clay in Minneapolis. The fact that my grown son was with me made it very special.
