Have you enjoyed this week as much as I have? It has been great seeing Clay Aiken back on the campaign trail. We got to see some great pictures of his appearance at the GLSEN Respect Awards in New York on Monday night. Then, we saw Clay on The Today Show on Tuesday morning. He is on the fast track now as he speeds towards Washington D.C.
Today, Clay has another appearance. At 11:00am, Clay is scheduled to be at the Crabtree Marriott to meet with The Wake Senior Democrats. After lunch, Clay will be speaking at the event. Lets hope we get to see some of Clay’s famous “selfies”.

It's wonderful to see Clay back on the campaign trail again. I think he did great on the Today show. Onward!!!!!!
Clay has conquered his first hurdle and now has an even tougher goal to reach. It is wonderful to see him back on the campaign trail. I am pleased that he has already mentioned he will not be returning any mudslinging that is hurled his way. People are now seeing Clay in a new light and realizing he has a grip on matters of Congress as well as the knowledge and determination to work toward getting rid of the gridlock that has destroyed Congressional progress for so many years. It only takes a few minutes of conversation with Clay to convince anyone of who he is – a down-to-earth man with integrity who possesses formidable understanding of today's Congressional problems and who has the leadership abilities to make changes for the better. I wish Clay victory on his journey to Capitol Hill!
