Clay Aiken – Music Is The Voice of The Soul

I am always amazed when I think of all the special events and programs that Clay Aiken has been involved in. One of my favorites was the taping of his PBS Special – Tried & True Live! I love that the concert was filmed in Clay’s hometown of Raleigh, NC. The taping was held at the Memorial Auditorium on March 12, 2010. The musical guests for the program were Linda Eder, Ruben Studdard, Quina Parler, and the talented Ben Cohn who was the musical director of the show. It was wonderful and I was there!! The following are some fabulous pictures from the concert. I am so glad that some talented people made screen caps of the TV show. Thanks to all!

  1. I was there, too! It was so exciting to watch Clay & friends record that concert for PBS. It was a long drive in the rain down to Raliegh but so worth it. Did you buy a CD of the concert? I did.

  2. We were there, too, and enjoyed every bit of it. It was our first trip to Raleigh and went back for many more events. I also have a CD of the concert. We also attended the special for the PBS show that Clay did in Chicago – that was so much fun! Lovely memories!
