Clay Aiken – Music Is Pure

Yesterday, I spent more time than I should, listening to Clay Aiken sing. Started with Perfect Day, then clicked on Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You. I had to listen to Something About Us more times than I could count. And, since I love the holidays, I enjoyed All Is Well…it was a good day!

He who sings scares away his woes – Cervantes
Music is what life sounds like – Eric Olson
Music makes the world a bit better – Michael Bennett

What this did was make me hunt for some answers!

What is Music? Why am I so touched?

Why do I feel better after listening?

A little thinking!!

  1. Music touches the soul – we were always taught that singing is like praying twice. I still believe that. A beautiful or inspirational song always lifts us up to a special place. Then there is music that, in our world today, can really leave you nowhere!
Just my opinion??!! That is why I love Clay’s music it is pure!!!

  2. Thank you for all the pictures. I love all the pictures. I listen to Clay sing everyday. I try to limit myself to 3 songs every day. If not, I could be on my lcomputer all day or CD,s to 3 songs. Thank you CANN.

  3. I remember seeing Clay & Ruben in those flashy jackets on their last tour. So happy to have CD’s so I can listen to the music whenever I want to. I still have the big old records from my mother’s collection. Music can make magic happen.
