Yes….I think that covers everything about Friday, the 13th!!
~~~~~
On My Way Here was the 4th studio album released by Clay Aiken. It was his last album with RCA and was released on May 6, 2008.
The only released single from this album was the title track, On My Way Here. This song was written by Ryan Tedder.
When was the last time you saw this video?
Do you like this song?
I would venture to say that Clay is not superstitious, but then, if I remember correctly, he did have a scary problem with his kitten! “On My Way Here” is one of my favorite songs because the melody is so haunting and because the lyrics blend so closely with the actual account of Clay‘s life. In my estimation, “On My Way Here” is also one of Clay’s finest albums topped only by his “Merry Christmas With Love”!
I.couldn't agree more. He DID have many ups and downs "On his way here." Love the song.
Really, I don't believe in Friday the 13th. But, it's interesting how so much media is surrounding this date. "On Way Here" is one of my favorite CD's, especially because it was released on my daughter's birthday. While getting a birthday card for her, I step over to the electronic department and picked up my copy. " Something About Us" is special to me personally.
Do I LIKE this song? No, I LOVE this song! LOL!! Thanks for showing us again! He is so gorgeous!!
Love this song! Gorgeous Clay! Thanks Musicfan xo
I can't believe I put the wrong title on this album when I wrote this last night. Thankfully, a friend let me know. Fortunately, I tagged it correctly and I really did know the name! Too bad it got sent out with such a glaring mistake.
If I ever make a huge mistake like that again, please let me know!!!
I haven't seen the video at all, it's not available here in the Philippines 🙁 But I love On My Way Here because it showcased Clay's amazing vocal range with the different genre of songs included in the cd. I wish Clay will do another album with original songs, soon…
Thanks CANN!!!
As I recall, Clay recorded this album while he was starring in Spamalot on Broadway. That is when Clay had long, blond hair…so cute! Loved the photo shoot of him sitting on the steps in front of the brownstone. Kipper produced this album and also wrote "Everything I Don't Need which is one of the songs I really like. Clay had that "growl" in his voice when he performed it.
