As painful as this might be to a child to experience, I wish it were a required part of the curriculum in every grade, every year. This is long, but PLEASE watch it all. But if you can't, watch the first two minutes (to get the gist) and then skip ahead to 10:00 I think we all (or at least I hope we all) have some sort of awareness of the effects of discrimination and stereotyping that are illustrated in the first ten minutes. In my experience, the portion that most don't understand -- or don't want to believe/accept -- is what happens from the 10 minute mark on.
