Clay Aiken – Foundation News

The Bubel/Aiken Foundation announced today, the details of the October 17th, 2009 Champions of Change Gala.  The formal affair will be held at the Raleigh Marriott City Center and will start at 5pm.

The evening will be a formal event to recognize and honor special people who have been Champions of Change in their life.
The evening activities include:

  • Dinner
  • VIP Reception for Designated Sponsors
  • Silent and Live Auctions
  • Entertainment by Clay Aiken

The Raleigh Marriott will be offering a special rate on accommodations for Gala guests. To receive a special rate on your accommodations, please call 1-800-228-9290 and ask for The Bubel/Aiken Foundation special rate.

As in past years, there are four tiers of sponsorship available for the evening.  The following information is from the The Bubel/Aiken Foundation site.

Platinum Sponsor: $25,000
Secures table for ten. Includes:

  • Designation as Corporate Event Host
  • Premium seating
  • VIP Reception with Clay Aiken
  • Individual photos with Clay
  • Event Host identification in all promotional and program advertising.


Silver Sponsor: $5,000
Secures a half table for five. Includes:

  • Reserved seating with other Silver Sponsors
  • VIP Reception with Clay Aiken
  • Group photo with Clay with other Silver Sponsors
  • Excellent placement in all promotional and program advertising.


Gold Sponsor: $10,000
Secures table for ten. Includes:

  • Reserved seating
  • VIP Reception with Clay Aiken
  • Group photo with Clay
  • Excellent placement in all promotional and program advertising.


Individual Sponsor: $250

  • Individual admission to the evening activities
  • Individual Sponsorships will only be available online.
  • Individual tickets will go on sale at 12pm Eastern on June 30.

The Bubel/Aiken Foundation wants everyone to know that all ticket sales are final.  They even have a section for frequently asked questions.

  3. I have been to past BAF gala’s and without a doubt, it is my favorite way to see Clay. The room is not too big and you get to hear him talk and joke AND sing.

  4. I wish I could afford to go to this. Just to hear him sing is wonderful. It is for a good cause also. I also love the clack that the ones who can go..bring back. We really appreciate it.
