We received the following announcement on August 18th. It is amazing to see all the different ways that Clay Aiken fans show their support for Clay Aiken and the National Inclusion Project.
The Second Annual
CLAY FAN FEST
and National Inclusion Project Benefit
May 21st and 22nd, 2011
The Yorktowne Hotel, York, PA
Details will be forthcoming in the Fall so mark the date on your calenders!
We need your help!! We are looking for donations of Clay and non-Clay related books, CD’s, DVD’s and VHS tapes for the planned “Book Nook”.
We are also seeking donations of Clay related items for “The Clay Market Place”, raffle and door prizes and very “special” items for the “Live Auction”. If you or someone you know is tidying up their Clay collection please consider donating items to benefit NIP.
We will also be featuring a “Craft/Vendor Shop” so if you make a craft or sell a product won’t you consider participating.
For any information concerning donations or participation in the “Shop” area please feel free to contact me at 717-755-0579 or e mail me a email@example.com. Handcrafts will be juried by people who are not part of the planning committee. The “Shop” spaces, which are 10’X 12′ and will include an 8′ table, will be limited.
Thanks for you interest and support!!
