Clay Aiken – Roped Into Action!

Late night TV host, Jimmy Kimmel is an important person to ABC.  His late-night TV show is very popular and he often invites people from other ABC shows to be guests on his talk show.

In the spring of 2007, Jimmy was doing short comedy segments each week about the popular dancing show, Dancing With The Stars.  On May 22nd, Jimmy roped Clay Aiken into the action.

The spoof was about a new product called “Guillermo’s Mustache Magic”, guaranteed to improve your life by adding a dash of ‘stache to your upper lip.  Clay’s cameo was a combination of recorded video clips and before and after pictures.  Clay talked about how this product helped his performances, his confidence levels, and his life in general.

Clay ended the skit by saying, “I can’t imagine my life without it!”  It was a cute cameo, especially watching the fake mustache fall halfway off of his face.

  1. This was such a funny bit that Clay did on Jimmy Kimmel's show!! We all laughed our asses off! I actually forgot that it was was all about DWTS! Thanks musicfan for bringing it back for us all to see once again!!!

  2. That video was hilarious. I remember watching it when it came on during Dancing With The Stars. Clay was funny..especially when his mustache almost fell off at the end.

  3. Im not sure about the mustache BUT I LOVE FURRY CLAY WITH A BEARD! HE LOOKS SO CUDDLY LIKE A TEDDY BEAR!

  4. I had forgotten about that skit. Clay should have been a real guest on DWTS to promote Tried and True. Several songs on that CD would work very well for ballroom dancing.
