Clay Aiken – A Political Quote

After Clay’s wonderful article on Thursday, I am having trouble with my words…so…how about an interesting quote about politics and some excellent remembrances of Candidate Clay Aiken?

Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seek to fix the blame for the past.

Let us accept our own responsibility for the future.

  1. I'm so glad that Clay shared his story about meeting the elderly gentleman at the diner. You never know what awaits you when you take a chance and speak to someone new. Heartwarming!

  2. Thanks for bringing that over Musicfan….John F. Kennedy was a wise man. What a common sense approach. Seems to me that common sense is what is missing in a lot of things today. Blame each other, and not fix the problem. Compromise is the other thing missing. Clay is such a breath of fresh air.

  3. Loved the story Clay shared when talking with the eldery gentleman, love the pics, always looking forward to news about Clay. Thanks Musicfan xo
