Clay Aiken is headed for Southern California this week-end. He will be an active participant in Politicon, the Unconventional Political Convention. The two-day event is held at the Pasadena Convention Center this Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Market Wired says:
Politicon is the annual politics and pop culture conference, addressing and discussing issues that are core to the country, citizens and residents of the United States. The non-partisan conference brings together politicians, pundits, comedians and entertainers from across the cultural spectrum for a weekend of comedy, panels, book signings, radio and TV broadcasts, debates, podcasts, interviews, film screenings, meet & greets, and much more. www.politicon.com.
According to MarketWired, there will be over 100 speakers and 50 panels. They will be made up of comedians, politicians, pundits, and entertainers. Politician hopes to cover the leading social issues in two days!
The Politico Website has Clay listed for 3 different events. I look forward to seeing Clay host the Battle of the Coasts: LA Takes on the Ivy League in the Citizenship Debate and I know he will have lots to add to the panel, The Art of Campaign Strategy.
There is so much to see and hear. How do you choose what programs to attend?
The following are a few pictures from last year’s Politicon in Los Angeles.
I hope Clay has a great time at Politicon and
that we get lots of news and pictures from the event!
I am in Pasadena at Politicon. There are so many different programs and panels to see. It starts tomorrow at 10:00AM
I will try and let you know about some of the exciting events…but, remember, my schedule might be a bit off. I will do the best I can!!
