On Monday morning there was a surprise tweet from Clay Aiken:
Co-hosting this morning with @wakeup_taylor on @SIRIUSXM @SiriusXMStars WAKE UP!! and tune in to Sirius channel 109 – NOW
That tweet arrived at my home at 4:15am (California time). I wonder what time Clay had to get up to get to the station on time!!
Taylor Strecker is the co-host of this fun show. Clay was on the air for almost 3 hours. He seemed to be relaxed and it sounded like he was having fun. In three hours, Clay and Taylor covered many topics:
- Clay said that he is living in NYC 85% of the time now.
- Clay even shared a story about Parker and the NYC Subway!
- Taylor and Clay talked about early dating.
- Clay admitted that he has only watched the first two shows of The Runner-Up. It is too real and it was a difficult time.
There were many more topics and each one was interesting and fun.
If you missed the show, it is now up for replay if you subscribe to SiriusXM. They do offer a free month trial. Fortunately, there are also a few snips of the conversation on Soundcloud. Check it out HERE

Today is voting day in the United States. It is an important day and I hope that everyone takes the time to vote!
I always get a kick out of the many tweets about voting that mention Clay and Ruben. They are all over twitter today! Here are two of them!
Haven’t been this nervous about a vote since the Clay Aiken – Ruben Studdard showdown of 2003
95% of the reason I’m not voting for @realDonaldTrump is because he picked @ArsenioHall over @clayaiken on Apprentice #ElectionFinalThoughts
Have a Fabulous Day…And VOTE
I voted early, and I too, am nervous with the outcome Please every one vote!
I voted early as well but I wish I could vote today too. My cousin said only democrats can do that. I am so nervous waiting for the voting results. This is torture! I’m going to try to sign up for that free first month on Sirius xm because the show sounds very interesting. Stay calm while waiting for the results. ❤️ UNCONDITIONAL love to you Clay!
Judy…I wonder if your cousin was a bit confused. I do not know of any rule that says only democrats can vote early. That would be against the law.
That was probably a joke, inferring that Democrats can vote twice.
i have voted im verry excited and also nervous
