Clay Aiken – Animal Love!

Clay Aiken has done many things in the month of June.  One of my favorites events in June was Clay’s appearance on Good Morning America on June 1st, 2010.  Clay was there to promote his new CD, Tried & True.

Clay had a great chat with Robin Roberts.  It was rather short, but very positive and covered many topics.  When asked about his son, Parker, Clay answered that he was learning to live with less sleep…then he quickly changed the subject.

There were many fans that were able to see Clay in the studio.  They talked about Clay playing with some of the animals that were in the studio as part of the interview by Jack Hanna.

Clay was accompanied to the studio by his publicist, Cindi Berger and David Novak who worked with Clay on the album Tried & True.

Joined by a small band, Clay performed Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.

Let’s hope that Clay will tweet today!

I know we all appreciate and enjoy his messages!

  1. I did watch the "Good Morning America" Clay appearances and was always excited when he would be on any TV show and he did manage to get on so many in those early years. It was always so much fun wondering what he would be doing next! Thank you so much for choosing these videos. Clay was always such a good guest and always in good voice – even early in the morning!

  2. Love both videos, especially with Clay behind stage petting the animals. I thank the clacker who captured this moment with OMC!

  3. My gosh was that 8 years ago! Clay seemed to really enjoy all the animals that our local Zoo Director, Jack Hanna , took to GMA that morning. I saw a notice in our local paper today that Spamalot would be touring in our town next fall. How I wish Clay would be Sir Robin once again. Singing, dancing, playing the piano and being silly. How I miss him.
