Clay Aiken – Dashing!

Do you use SnapChat?  If so, I bet you are having fun.

If not, maybe you will give it a try and have lots of fun!

In March, 2017, Clay Aiken posted a snapchat on his Instagram account.

Oh…Harlem!!!  Your new look is “dashing”!

Snapchat is a popular mobile app that allows you to send videos and pictures that will self destruct after a few seconds of a person viewing them.  Snapchat is also a fun messaging app. You can capture a photo or brief video with it, then add a caption, a doodle or filter/lens over top, and send the finished creation to a friend.  You can also save your  snaps before sending them to friends.

Clay used a filter on this picture he took:

The website Omnicore , has some updated statistics about Snapchat:

The number of Snapchat users:

188 million daily active users

The average number of snaps per day:

3 billion

The average number of photos shared every second:

9,000

More than 400 million Snapchat stories are created per day.

According to Salman Aslam at Omnicore

It would take you 10 years to view all the photos shared on Snapchat in the last hour.

OK, OK…it’s popular!!!

I downloaded the free app for Snapchat and have used it a couple of times.

My grandkids think it is so much fun!!!  So…give it a try.

It’s free and your family will think you are “in the know”.

Have a great Thursday!!

Shhhhh…I like this picture of Clay more than the SnapChat picture!

  1. I don't have a smart phone…still using a flip phone…so I won't be using Snapchat. I have a hard enough time keeping up with facebook, email, my land line, etc.
