Ernie Manouse is an American writer, producer, radio personality and TV host.
A graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Manouse started working at NBC Network News, spent some time on the radio in Chicago, and returned to TV at HoustonPBS. Because of his intellectual and inquisitive ways, plus his exciting personality, Ernie has worked successfully in many aspects of talk. He produced a sex therapy show and has hosted popular chat and magazine programs.
At this time, Manouse can be seen on PBS Stations across the country on his Emmy nominated series “InnerVIEWS with Ernie Manouse.” He also hosts numerous pledge and entertainment specials, including three of public television’s most successful pledge events with Suze Orman.

Asking the right questions – never content with the usual answers, InnerVIEWS with Ernie Manouse, is a new long-format interview series. In each uninterrupted half-hour episode, Manouse sits down with a single newsmaker or celebrity for an engaging and insightful one-on-one conversation. Disarming his guests with a warm, casual approach, Manouse offers viewers an interesting, often intimate, sometimes revealing encounter with some of today’s most captivating notables.
Manouse’s honors include 3 Emmy Awards, multiple KATIE Awards, Viewers choice recognitions and the Houston Chronicle’s Ultimate Interviewer title. Internationally, Ernie is featured on the Houston episode of PrideVision’s world travel show “BUMP!”
