I am back home in California! Being in Raleigh for a few days was wonderful, but the timing was a bit crazy.
Thanks to all of you for your comments and notes while I was away. So…lets get back to Clay Aiken and the exciting things he has done and continues to do!
As I mentioned a few days ago, Clay spoke at the Spectacular 30th anniversary Gala put on by the United Arts Council of Raleigh & Wake County.
Clay was accompanied to the event by his dear friend, Jaymes Foster. Both Clay and Jaymes looked amazing. The Arts Council is lucky to have Jaymes and Clay to support the important organization.
I was in Raleigh to participate in The National Inclusion’s Power of Play.
It was an amazing 2 days. There were people from all over the United States there to learn more about the organization, the standards for Camps, and how to help children who need a bit of extra love and help. I will write more about this experience in a few days.
Clay spoke at The 1st Annual Champions Awards Reception on Monday evening and got a huge applause for his appearance and comments.
A big thank you to the people who took pictures at the Power of Play. It is always fun to get pictures to help us remember each exciting moment.
It is so nice to see Clay as he speaks about what is important to him. I hope we see more…soon!
