Celine Dion Concert Postponed

It was just announced by the RBC Center in Raleigh that the Celine Dion concert, scheduled for tonight, has been postponed due to severe weather conditions.

This is the concert where Clay was to join 10 fans in a box for the concert. At the October Gala, TBAF auctioned off a night with Celine and Clay. The concert has been rescheduled for tomorrow night and it is assumed that Clay will be able to meet with the fans at that time.

Governor Perdue of North Carolina, declared a state of emergency as the roads are filled with snow and ice, making driving almost impossible and hazardous.

I am sure the fans are disappointed, but glad that everyone will stay safe from the inclement weather.

  1. This is disappointing news, but it is better to be safe than to be out on dangerous roads.I sure hope everyone is able to rearrange their schedule!

  2. Hope that the fans have a wonderful time tomorrow. I know how they were all looking forward to this. But, it’s better to be safe and stay off the roads. As they all know, Clay is well worth waiting for!!

  3. Bummer! but it is better to be safe than sorry, hopefully
the weather& the roads are clear so Clay& the fans get to attend the concert tomorrow night. Know they’ll
    all have a wonderfull time!

  4. After reading that the BAF and Clay arranged a dinner for 3 hours with the ladies last night…..I guess ALL IS WELL…..

I'm so glad that they were able to do this, as I'm sure they were aware that not everyone is able just to reschedule their trips…And Clay calling the one lady that could not make it cause she was in the hospital, only confirms my love and support for him. He is a wonderful, caring young man…

"What happens at the dinner table…stays at the dinner table" It's all good….I'm so glad things worked out for everyone.

    Hugs,
    Judy

  5. I was wondering about the 10 that came here to see Clay and Celine if they would be able to arrange their schedules for the extra day. Clay has such a kind heart and I’m not surprised he took them out to dinner so they wouldn’t be disappointed. I hope they had a great time and am looking forward to hearing any reports that come through.
