Congratulations to Clay Aiken

On Tuesday, April 21, 2009, Clay Aiken will be honored by the Family Equality Council.  The event called Night at the Green, will be held at the famous Tavern on the Green in New York City.

The evening celebration will include a cocktail reception, a seated dinner, live entertainment and a silent auction.  The purpose of the event is to bring together LGBT parents, friends and supporters and to celebrate the progress  that has been made in the community of loving families towards full equality.

Besides honoring Clay Aiken, the evening will also honor Terry Boggis who is the Director of Center Kids at the LGBT Center in New York.  The guest performer for the evening will be  Broadway and recording star, Linda Eder.
