CANN Site News: 4/27/09

We have made a few additions and adjustments to the site:

CANN Chat
I moved the chatroom to the sidebar so you will always have access to the chat whenever you are on the site. If you have problems with the chat updating your comments try popping out the chat window by clicking on the little box in the lower right corner with the arrow sticking out of it. That will create a popup window with the chat room in it that you can keep open while you continue browsing. Another alternative is to click on “Clay Aiken News Network – Fullscreen” at the bottom of the window and it will take you to the actual Chatroll page. Feel free to use the chatroom as you please… chatting, messages or as a shoutbox.

CANN Forum
I have changed the forum page so that the forum stretches all the way across the page. This way it should be easier to use. If you have any fan events or fundraisers you would like to advertise, feel free to leave a post in the forum. We will also post the event in our blog if you like.

Translator
We have noticed that people have been visiting CANN from all over the world! Welcome! For the convenience of our friends visiting us from other countries, I have installed a translator plugin in the sidebar. Just click on the flag for a country that speaks your language and it will translate the site for you. I know translations can sometimes be iffy, but hopefully you will find it useful.

Archives
Even though we have an archives section in the sidebar, I thought it might be easier and more useful to also have a page to list archives. You can see the list of articles archived here: CANN Archives.

Twitter
For those using Twitter, there is a new button at the end of each article that says “retweet”. If there are any articles you find interesting, just click on the button and you can easily tweet the article. We would really appreciate it!

Clay Aiken News Network is an unofficial fansite. We are not affiliated in any way with Clay Aiken or his management. This website was made by fans for fans and makes no impression or impersonation of the official site, which can be found under the domain clayaiken.com.
