The following is what they say about Clay:

In the fast paced world of here and gone celebrities who are famous for being famous, it‘s rare to find a household name with iconic status based on actual talent. Yet, nearly ten years after he penetrated the national consciousness, Clay Aiken is associated with more than just singing, acting and philanthropy. It’s hard to know which path to take when describing this success. His versatile reach as a performer spans recording and television studios, the concert stage, the Broadway stage and the world stage.

Yes…Clay is an amazing talent.  I hope he continues to entertain us for a long time! is a resource for families looking to discover the secrets to being successful and actually thriving with their children with Autism. This collaborative effort helps provide families with options, resources, tips, guides and checklists in supporting their children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Andrea Warner, one of the founders of the organization wrote a beautiful article on August 1st titled:  Clay Aiken-Like Attitudes About Autism.  The article starts out saying:

If only the world were filled with people who had Clay Aiken-like attitudes about Autism!  He is a long-time supporter of Autism causes, and it all came about because of his experience working with a boy with Autism.

Be sure and visit this site.  It is full of great information.  And, after you read the article, why not leave a comment for Andrea.  It is always important to let the writer know that you enjoy the article and their work.  You can read the entire article at THRIVING

This is a special day for all three of you!

Children are special and you now have 4 years filled with excitement, laughter, tears and love.

We wish many more years of the same!

Here are some fun facts about birthdays that will make you smile.

More people celebrate their birthdays in August than in any other month (about 9% of all people).

More people are born on October 5 in the United States than any other day. October 5 holds a not-so-surprising significance, as conception would have fallen on New Year’s Eve.

Happy Birthday was the first song to be performed in outer space. It was sung by the Apollo IX astronauts on March 8, 1969.

Happy Birthday to You brings in approximately 2 million dollars in licensing revenue each year, according to Warner Chappell and a Forbes Magazine article

Are you looking for a way to honor Parker on his birthday?

Why not donate to The National Inclusion Project in his name?

Just $10.00 will make a big difference!

  4. Yes, I had heard about Clay being added to the AMA Lineup!! Things are looking up for 2013-2014. I loved it when Clay went out and entertained us with orchestras. Back in 2007, the SRHP Tour was great. A different orchestra in each city. It's amazing how they can learn the whole set list in a day. Truly amazing musicians.

Great suggestion to contribute $10 to the National Inclusion Project in honor of Parker's birthday. I decided to match his age of 4 years times the $10 for a contribution. A very Happy Birthday to Parker.
