  1. I am very happy to see all the support clay is getting. I also worry & hope people are careful with their support (not all crazy), so all the naysayers will take him seriously. I think he is doing wonderful, I also am unable to vote in NC, but if I did I'd vote for him.

  2. This campaign gets more and more exciting as Clay continues to raise funds and obtain positive feedback from his campaign stops as well as the press and media. I am sure there are doubters, but Clay is a SERIOUS contender. I believe he has always had the initiative and political savvy to become a Congressman, and I am thrilled he is taking this opportunity.

I am bracing for whatever the opposition has to thwart Clay’s winning the vote. The comments made from the incumbent already reflect total ignorance of Clay’s abilities, and I anticipate quite a bit of mud-slinging and character assassination. But Clay has come through this before with flying colors! And it truly is time for change, not only in North Carolina but nationwide.
