The Campaign Trail is an interesting trip. You just never know who you will meet or what you will see! Clay Aiken was a busy traveler Saturday on the trail. It looks like it was a fun and successful trip!
Now, to be completely honest, I am not sure what stops Clay made on the Saturday section of the trail, but …the people looked happy to see him, he looked happy, and I am pretty sure it was in the 2nd Congressional District of North Carolina!!

So I’m sitting in a small little BBQ house in Lillington, NC and low and behold, I’m sitting in a booth next to Clay Aiken!!! On his campaign trail and being interviewed by a reporter!

So…the next leg of the trail is today…Where will the trip take Clay Aiken, and what will he see? Wherever and whatever, I bet it is filled with lots of listening, lots of hand-shaking, lots of smiles, and lots of fun!!!

He had a busy day! But was disappointed I didn't get a Clay selfie…lol…at the Asheboro Fall Festival. I had to leave at 4:00 and he was going to be there from 5-6:00pm :(. Glad to see he's meeting lots of people happy to see him 🙂
He is busy, busy busy!! Love the photos. Especially the one with the baby. I'm anxious for the "debate" tomorrow.
