Clay Aiken – A Favorite Artist

It seems Clay Aiken was up early on Monday.  He introduced one of his favorite artists to his social media friends.

Monday morning shout-out to one of my favorite artists,

According to the website – Susanne Vielmetter Los Angeles Projects

April Street lives and works in Los Angeles. She studied bronze casting in central Italy and painting at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Recent exhibitions include Kinman Gallery, London, UK; Various Small Fires, LA; Carter & Citizen, LA; Rosamund Felsen Gallery, LA; Five Car Garage, Santa Monica; Santa Barbara Museum of Art and The Underground Museum, Los Angeles. She is a grant recipient of the National Endowment for the Arts. Her solo shows have been reviewed by ArtForum, Art in America, San Francisco Arts Quarterly, LA Weekly, Hyperallergic and The Los Angeles Times. This is her first exhibition at the gallery.

That’s certainly a wonderful history!

After seeing the pictures on Monday morning, it reminded me of the home tour gave to Fox 50 in Raleigh.  Lynda Loveland met Clay at the gate and he showed her around.

Be sure and check out the beautiful mural in Clays dining room.  It seems that Clay has admired the artwork of April for many years!

There are 2 videos of the tour of Clays house.

It is a beautiful place to live in for a few years!!

 Enjoy!!

  1. I'd love to see the contrast between his huge Raleigh home and the NYC apartment. Wonder where all of his trophies, etc. are now. Loved the mural on the dining room wall. Was it saved when Clay moved? We'll never know.

  2. I'm also wondering that same thing if clay misses his big house I'm sure clay is happy in nyc thanks very much cann for the videos
