Raleigh, North Carolina…here I come. In about 6 hours I will be on my way. I am very excited to see Clay Aiken in The Drowsy Chaperone. I am sure it will be amazing.
As you can imagine, my schedule will be a bit different for the next few days…however, I am traveling with my handy LapTop computer and will continue to post as much as I can. I do hope you will continue to check here for the latest news. I will give it my best! If you need to contact me, you can leave a comment. I always read each one. Of course, I will write what I can about the opening night performance.
I plan on eating lunch at Clyde Cooper’s BBQ on Wednesday. My travel friends and I will be there about noon. Stop by if you can. The food should be delicious and Clay Aiken fans always have a good time together!!
Be sure and watch for the Final Four video at Clay Aiken’s Official Fan Club site. It should be posted during the day. I have enjoyed seeing the videos of Clay’s performance from Season 2 of American Idol.
The final four… Clay Aiken, Ruben Studdard, Kimberley Locke, and Josh Gracin. All four singers survived many weeks of singing, dancing, humility and hard work. The songs that night were courtesy of the BeeGees and Robin Gibb was the guest judge for the evening. Clay sang To Love Somebody and Grease. What an amazing night!
The next night, the bottom two for the night were Kim and Josh. But, before the results, there was a Ford Commercial. Remember the one where Ruben is dressed like a pimp and “Nerd” Clay joins him at the end?
When the time finally came to announce who was going home, Ryan didn’t waste words. It was a quick “Josh, you’re out. Kim, you are safe.” And, the Final Four was no more.
So…it’s time for a great adventure! Lets keep in touch!!
