Clay Aiken – Shorter Days and Longer Nights

Bring out the jackets and rakes and get ready to go apple picking. Enjoy watching the trees as the leaves start to change their color from green to yellow. Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013 is the Autumnal Equinox, which marks the first official day of fall.

Today at 4:44pm  EDT, the First Day of fall will start as the sun will be directly on the Equator of the Earth and the hours of day and night will be equal.

The first day of fall marks the start of shorter days and longer nights as well.

So, where ever you are and from whatever country you belong to, if and only if you are in the Northern Hemisphere countries, a very happy first day of fall to you.

I have no idea where Clay Aiken is today and I doubt he even realizes it is the beginning of fall. But, there are a few places he might be:

Raleigh Skyline

If Clay is home in Raleigh, the weatherman predicts Sunday will be

79 degrees with a 20% chance of rain.

Los Angeles – September

If Clay is in Los Angeles with his family, it will be very nice –

73 degrees with a 0% chance of rain!

Chicago – Autumn Colors

Clay has friends in Chicago – maybe he enjoying the city –

It’s predicted to be 65 degrees and no rain.

New York City – Central Park

Clay has been in New York in Autumn before.

He could be in the city visiting friends or on business.Maybe he will have time to visit Central Park.

It will be 67 degrees and sunny.

It’s a stretch, I know…….but I still hope you will enjoy the following video of “Falling.”
