Monday was a relaxed day; there was nothing new going on…but all of a sudden, Ruben Studdard sent a nice tweet that included a picture:

It is nice to see three talented people enjoying each other’s company.

Frenchie also left a message on her Facebook page:

Done with rehearsal today and now a dinner date with two of my favorite guys Ruben Studdard and Çlay Åiken. All industry friends ain’t “in-the-street” friends but these two have been partaking in the shenanigans for over a decade now. ❤❤ ‪#‎HarlemNights‬  ‪#‎NYC‬

I took a moment to find out what Ruben and Frenchie  are involved in right now.

Ruben Studdard

Ruben released his 6th album on February 4, 2014.   Titled Unconditional Love, the album was filled with beautiful love songs. The Verve Music Group released the album.

In 2013, Ruben  joined the cast of fifteenth season of the NBC weight loss competition show, The Biggest Loser. He was the  first ever celebrity contestant for the show.

According to Ruben’s website, he has 3 concerts scheduled for the summer.

Frenchie Davis

The public was introduced to Frenchie in season 2 of American Idol.

In 2011 Davis  auditioned for The Voice. Davis joined Christina Aguilera’s team of elite eight and made it all the way to the semi finals.

Currently Davis tours the country with her musical comedy cabaret act, The French & Kat Show, of which she is the co-creator, co-producer and co-star.

In May 2014, Davis graduated from Howard University with a GPA of 3.85 and a Bachelors Of Fine Arts degree.  She plans to begin graduate school in the fall.

Congratulations to all three friends.  Each one has been able to carve out a wonderful career for themselves.  I look forward to reporting about future events of all three of the dinner companions.
