Clay Aiken – An Amazing Experience

I am still trying to remember all the exciting things that went on at Politicon last week-end.  It was an amazing experience.

My friend artquest, provided the information on the panel members.

Clay Aiken was on a panel called Art of Campaign Strategy.

The program we all got when we entered the event described this Panel as:

A line-up of campaign professionals… The members of the panel were:

K.T. MacFarland:  National Security Analyst for FOX news

Jon Favreau: Obama’s head speech writer, one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people

Bill Burton: political strategist, Obama’s deputy press secretary and special assistant

Clay Aiken:  Activist, Democratic candidate for N.C. Second Congressional District

Celeste Katz, Senior Political Columnist for MIC

Ron Brownstein, senior political and election analyst for CNN

There was a lot of information, but presented in a relaxed atmosphere.  One of the best things was that each member of the panel treated Clay as an equal and they were all respectful of each other.

Clay also participated in a panel called The State of LGBTQ.

The panel members were all interesting and had their own story to tell. Comedian, Hal Sparks was on the panel.  He really likes to talk and seemed to think he knew everything.  It seemed Clay got a bit upset and let Hal know how he felt.

My friend, artquest, made a YouTube of this part of this panel…Thank you!!
