It was great to see Clay Aiken on the Meredith Vieira Show on Wednesday.  Clay looked relaxed and seemed to have a good time chatting with Meredith.  The taping of this program happened back in early March, but the conversation was still an important topic 7 weeks later!

Clay and Meredith chatted about the end of American Idol and about Donald Trump.

I do enjoy watching Meredith Vieira, however, I admit that I have never watched her show before.  In my area, her show comes on at 2pm and I seldom have the TV on at that time of the day.  Meredith was one of my favorites on The Today Show and The View.

Along with many others, I was disappointed that Clay was not on CNN yesterday.  I bet he was disappointed too.  I guess that’s just part of being in the news section!  The news programs need to be very fluid.  If there is some important news that needs to be reported, other things just get bumped.  I am always disappointed when Clay is not on the air, but I am sure I am not nearly as disappointed as Clay.  I am sure that is one of the reasons he waits to the last moment to tweet about an appearance.
