Clay Aiken – Opening Doors

I wanted to take a moment today to chat about one of my favorite organizations…The National Inclusion Project. Most people who read here are familiar with the organization and know the amazing job they do each day and the impact they have made by ensuring that children nationwide can experience all that life has to offer.

According to their website:

The National Inclusion Project opens doors for all young people to be included together and experience all that life has to offer. We conduct programs with community partners to teach others how to be inclusive so that children with and without disabilities can experience lifelong benefits. By driving the movement for social inclusion in out-of-school and community programs, children of all abilities learn, play and laugh together. To date, the Project has partnered with over 100 programs in 35 states, impacting 25,000 children annually.

That is a lot to accomplish since July 28, 2003

Today, the conversation is about the  Annual Champions Gala and some of the ways each of us can help.

The Champions Gala is one of the most exciting events of the year.  It is a time to:

  • Honor special Champions of Inclusion
  • Learn more about the State of the Project – Nick Leisey
  • Be entertained by the wonderful voices of Clay Aiken  & Quiana Parler with Ben Cohn at the piano.
  • AND…Raise money for this wonderful organization

The week-end will be so exciting and inspirational to meet the Champions Gala Honorees.  You will return home with a determination to see Inclusion for All Children the norm!

One of the things I am excited about this year is something everyone can participate in. This year, the Project will be selling program advertisements. This is a great way to celebrate the  Gala. Why not write a note of congratulations to the Project. This can be from an individual, a family, an organization, or a group of friends. And, even if you can’t attend the Gala, you can support the evening!  The following is a list of the sizes and prices of the Program ads:

Full Page Color Ad (5.25″x 8.25″) – $500

Full Page B/W Ad (5.25″x 8.25″) – $300

1/2 Page Color Ad (5.25″x 4.125″) – $275

1/2 Page B/W Ad (5.25″x 4.125″) – $175

Back Cover (Full Page Color) – $1200

1/8 Page Color (2.5″w – 1.75″h) – $75

Inside Front Cover (Full Page Color) – $750

Inside Back Cover (Full Page Color) – $700

As you can see…these prices make it easy for us to fill the program with congratulations to the Project  or to the Champions of Inclusion for being honored!

Yes…I am excited about the National Inclusion Project and I am especially looking forward to this years Champions Gala. Just think of all this organization has accomplished throughout since 2003!
