Clay Aiken – It All Happened on May 11th

Everything and anything you want to do – you can do it in Las Vegas.

Clay Aiken has appeared on the Tonight Show many times.  On May 11, 2004, Clay was a guest on The Tonight Show.  As a part of May Sweeps, the show was broadcast from Las Vegas.  Clay chatted with Jay and they discussed:

1.  Clay’s New Years’ Eve costume.

2.  The story of being a car thief.

3.  How Clay wanted to be like Mr. Rogers

4. The latest story in In Touch Magazine about Clay being the loneliest Guy in LA.

The highlight of the evening was hearing Clay perform Solitaire.  He always seems to sing that song from his heart.

I hope you enjoy the pictures and the video!!

  1. CANN really delivers with the photos and the video of Clay and Solitaire! But

Clay really delivers when singing that song – he uses every bit of his emotional

being! It brings me to tears most of the time. There isn’t much else to say except

no one can sing a song the way Clay does. I love every single one of those

    photos, also. Thank you!

  2. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!! Standing Ovation for OMC!!!!!!!

ENCORE! I watched another video! Happy Friday everyone!

  3. I remember hearing Clay say that Solitaire reminds him of his father. When he was young and visited his father, Clay would sit in front of the TV while his dad played solitaire. No wonder Clay brings tears to our eyes when he performs this song. It really touches my heart.
