Just a few minutes ago, the North Carolina Board of Elections declared that Clay Aiken is the official winner of the North Carolina 2nd Congressional District Democratic Primary Race.

A final tally shows Clay Aiken wins Democratic primary by 390 votes.
According to WRAL, the State Board of Elections show Clay Aiken with 11,678 votes in the Democratic race in the 2nd Congressional District; Keith Crisco with 11,288 votes, and Toni Morris with 5,616 vote
