Clay Aiken – Home

Sometimes there are just some performances that stay with you for months.  For me, I just can’t forget June 21, 2010.  Clay Aiken was one of the stars of a wonderful program in Raleigh called “Bringing Broadway Home.”  Clay sang three  songs that night that I would love to hear him sing in concert again and again.  They were certainly the highlight of the evening for me.  What do you think?

  1. Hi musicfan, agree with you. I also loves these clips so much. I think it will be good if someday Clay records broadway songs as one of his album. He was in spamalot, so he is a broadway artist, very fit with his profile. It will become a very precious collection for us. sure with this 😉

  2. Hi Musicfan,

I agree with you. I love all the clips from Bringing Broadway Home. I think it will be very beautiful if someday Clay has Broadway song collection as one of his album. I am sure it’s going to be a very precious collection for us. He is really good at it…the best 🙂

  3. That is a good idea for one of his future albums to record Broadway songs. I love his renditions of all 3 of these, Home, Those Magic Changes, and This Is The Moment, but I'm very partial to TMC.

  4. A broadway CD, hadn't thought of that. That would be a great collection from Clay. Maybe he'll do these during his tour too. Hope so.

  5. Thanks Musicfan….I haven't watched the clips again yet…but I'm going to right after I post….

You know with Clay….anything is possible…I truly believe he likes to mix it up…He is never the same, and the thing is…no one can pidgeon hole Clay into one genre…He can sing any type of music…There aren't too many artists out there that can go from Pop, Rock, Broadway, Oldies, Jazz, Country…Clay can sing pretty well anything. (I'll leave out rap…cause that isn't singing!!)

We are truly blessed to be fans of Clay….He sure keeps us entertained…

  6. Thanks Musicfan for those video's. I love all three of them. But, I also think my favorite is These Magic Changes. He is just so sexay singing that. I am certainly glad I am a fan of Clay Aiken. He is the best!

  7. Thanks so much for posting those video's. As I have thought and said so often, Clay Aiken sings any song better than the original! I just love all three of those songs.

  8. Although I love everything Clay sings, I must admit that TMC has become my all time favorite video to watch! Sorry I wasn't able to attend that show, but the videos are fantastic. A Broadway CD would be wonderful, especially if chooses more upbeat ones like TMC!!!!!!

  9. Besides his amazing voice, the thing I love about Clay is how he puts everything he has into the song he's singing. He uses is voice, his face, his hands, everthing. You gotta love that kinda passion 🙂

  10. I think I watched the video of "Home" about 10 times today. I am so glad you posted it.

Please, Clay……..please record an album of Broadway songs.

Thanks again for the great place to visit and get caugh up on Clay "stuff."
