What an Exciting Thursday for the fans of Clay Aiken
I don’t think we have had this much fun for a couple of years!!
The internet was buzzing when Meghan McCain announced about The Ruben and Clay’s First Annual Christmas Carol Family Fun Pageant Spectacular Reunion Show. The View got the headline and so many sites picked up the story and wrote about it.
I loved seeing all the tweets and I loved the articles.
Congrats to the Public Relations team for an exciting and fun announcement!
Before the official announcement, Meghan McCain posted a fun tweet. Of course, Clay just had to answer her.

He’s pregnant? He’s going back in the closet?!? What is it!?! I can’t wait to hear!!
To see Meghan’s announcement at The View, visit Ruben And Clay on Facebook. Yes…they have their own Facebook page. While there, why not like and follow the site. As of midnight, October 18th, the site has two fun videos. One is Meghan’s announcement and the other is Clay and his pumpkins.
You can also see two videos at the rubenandclay Instagram page (yes, they have a page here too!)
Thursday also brought many website who shared the news about Clay and Ruben….so many that I can’t quote them all.
One of the first sites to post an article was Broadway World:

I really enjoyed reading the article from USA Today:
Former ‘Idol’ rivals Clay Aiken, Ruben Studdard reunite for Broadway holiday show
by Susan Haas
Santa has something special in store for early-“American Idol” fans….
…”When Ruben and I first started talking about doing a project together, Christmas was a natural fit,” Aiken told Broadway.com. “It’s been 15 years since we met on ‘American Idol,’ and coming back together again to celebrate the holidays feels like the best and biggest gift we could both ask Santa for this year!”
In keeping with the season’s spirit of giving, part of the show’s proceeds will go to the National Inclusion Project, an organization Aiken helped found that is devoted to the inclusion of children with disabilities in community and education programs.
