Clay Aiken – Some Featured Photographs Plus An Interview

On Friday, Clay Aiken was featured in some photographs at Broadway.com.

It seems Clay had the opportunity to meet with the cast of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.

I have never seen this show, but it sounds like a lot of fun.  Broadway.com has a short storyline:

Set in London in 1907, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder centers on Monty Navarro, a penniless clerk who is informed after the death of his mother that he is ninth in line to inherit the earldom of Highhurst, controlled by the wealthy D’Ysquith banking family. After the imperious ruling Lord dismisses Monty’s claim of being a relative, the eight D’Ysquiths ahead of young Mr. Navarro begin dying in natural and unnatural ways. (A single actor plays all the not-so-nice D’Ysquiths, adding to the merriment.) Meanwhile, Monty is trying to woo money-minded Sibella Hallward —until he finds himself drawn to young Phoebe D’Ysquith. How will all these convoluted storylines come together?

According to Broadway.com:

Winner of the 2014 Tony Award for Best Musical, Gentleman’s Guide is a roller coaster of quick changes, clever wordplay and great singing. Once the murders start happening, it’s fun to try to figure out the fate of the next D’Ysquith relative Monty sets his sights on, as well as to observe his increasingly desperate attempts to juggle the affection of two beautiful women. The action never stops in this zany musical, and audiences love every minute of it!

Now, doesn’t that sound like the type of musical Clay would enjoy?

Broadway.com tweeted about the pictures:

PHOTOS! has a killer evening at Broadway’s :

and so did Clay:

Such a fun show. Go see it! Thanks

Now those are two tweets that I will support with a re-tweet!

On Friday morning, Clay was a guest on The Jolt with Larry Flick.     Clay has been on the radio with Larry Flick many times; the two guys seem to hit it off.  But today, the show was not an interview but a conversation.  Larry’s website says:

Former US Congressman candidate and oh yes, American Idol semi-finalist and actor, Clay Aiken, spends some time with OUT Q’s Larry Flick to talk about today’s political culture, the tragedy in Charleston, what it was like to run for Congress, and much, much, more.

If you missed the excellent show, you can hear it by clicking HERE . Larry did mention that Clay will be on his show a few more days next week so check out the program on Monday.  It’s on @SIRIUSXM

What a fun day!

Did you hear Clay’s interview with Larry?
