Clay Aiken – A Busy Week-end!

The week-end is upon us and we have a very busy schedule following Clay Aiken.

Tonight, Clay will be at Carnegie Hall, as a guest judge for the Nico Castel International 2012 Master Singer Competition and Concert.  I am sure that Clay will be an excellent judge. According to the organization, they are pleased with the amount of tickets that have been sold.  I am sure that they know that there will be Clay fans in attendance to support the contestants and watch Clay in a new role.  I feel fortunate that I will be in the audience for this unique event.

Sunday……..finally we will see Clay on the first episode of Celebrity Apprentice.  Will he be “nasty” as Trump said,or will he “throw someone under the bus?”  I can’t wait to watch.  Be sure and join our twitter site during the show.

We have added a Celebrity Apprentice twitter page to CANN here: http://claynewsnetwork.com/celebrity-apprentice-on-twitter/You can follow the tweets from the cast and from the Trumps as well as our own tweets using the #ClayCA hashtag. Don’t be shy, join in the fun!
Monday night,it is back to Carnegie Hall for The Reflections of Life Concert.  Again,Clay plays an interesting role as a narrator for part of the concert.  It will be fun to chat after the concert is over.  I am sure we will see Clay at his very best.  I know that there will be many Clay fans in the audience on Monday.  I hope you will come up and say hello.  It is always fun to see Clay friends.
Now, that’s a varied schedule of events for Clay and his fans.
Today, BuddyTV.com wrote an article about Celebrity Apprentice.
‘The Celebrity Apprentice’: We Rank the Stars Before the Boardroom (and Share Some Spoilers, Too!)
#1 Clay Aiken… Except, perhaps, by Clay Aiken’s drive to win, as he’s also fighting for a cause close to his heart, his National Inclusion Project, which is dedicated to promoting the inclusion of children with disabilities in activities. And there are lots of other factors that lead me to believe that Clay might have this one in the bag — not least of which is the fact that his name keeps popping up among his castmates as to which star surprised and impressed them most with his business skills. Though, in looking at all he’s accomplished since American Idol, they probably shouldn’t have been surprised. Among several albums and acting roles, Aiken has served as a UNICEF ambassador and on the Presidential Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities. He is a fierce advocate for equality, inclusion, service and kindness to those who are different from you. And it’s this message, along with his musical talents, that have gained him a large following of loyal fans across the country. While it seems like Clay’s views might not always jive with Trump’s more conservative, cut-throat brand of capitalism, I think he’s got experience, the right attitude and people’s low expectations all on his side.
