Clay Aiken – Gala, Here I Come!!

I am about ready to leave for the airport to catch a flight tonight to Raleigh, North Carolina.  I will be attending the Circle of Heros Champions Gala for The National Inclusion Project.

I am already excited.  The Gala is always an amazing time.  I always return home, ready to do whatever I can do to help the organization.

This year I am looking forward to meeting the guest speaker, Justin LeBlanc. I watched him on Project Runway and Project Runway – All Stars.  He is certainly a talented man.

I am also looking forward to congratulating the Honorees:

Marlana Vanhoose
Procter & Gamble
Hunter and Braden Gandee

I am also looking forward to meeting new friends and greeting those who I already know.  We are all there for the same reason and have such a good time together.  I hope that if you are there, you will come up and say hi.  I consider each of you a friend and hope we can have fun together too.

BUT…..I am writing all this to let you know that the schedule for writing CANN will be different.  Of course I will try to get something out each day, but the timing might not be great.  If I don’t make it by a certain time, the deadline for the e-mail some of you get will not work!!  So…have patience. AND, I am bringing my old worn out laptop computer.  That in itself will produce lots of laughs, and yells!!!

The following are a few pictures from other Galas

Gotta Go!!  I don’t want to miss my flight!!  Looking forward to seeing some of you …..SOON!!

  1. I know all of you will have a wondeerful time! I would LOVE to attend one of these someday, but I don't think it's going to be possible. Have lots of fun everyone!!!

  2. Thanks for all the news about NIP. I am so glad the Gala was so successful his year. I had hoped to make it this year since I have never attended one. It was great news about Nick taking ovber the Director's job. He has been around from the very beginning and will move in smoothly Looking forward to seeing more pictures and hearing more about the events. Lianne
